How to Make Mom's Easter Cake
- Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and juice from mandarin oranges in the mixer. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in oranges.
- Place cake mixture in a greased 9 X 13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees until toothpick comes out clean. Approximately 25-30 minutes. Allow cake to cool.
- Mix cool whip, pudding and pineapple with juice until smooth. Spread over cooled cake. Refridgerate until ready to serve. Store covered in the refridgerator.
