Ingredients
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 4 - eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling, chilled
How To Make mom's classic sour cream cheesecake

Step 1Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted margarine and sugar; press firmly on bottom of 9" springform pan.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 3In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Step 4Beat in eggs one at a time then add sour cream and vanilla.

Step 5Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 - 55 minutes or until lightly browned around edge (center will be slightly soft). Cool then chill for at least an hour.

Step 6Top with cherry pie filling and garnish as desired. Refridgerate leftovers.
