16 ozcream cheese, softened

8 ozsour cream

1 lbcottage cheese, small curd

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

4eggs, slightly beaten

3 Tbspcorn starch

3 Tbspflour

1 1/2 Tbsplemon juice

1 tspvanilla extract

1/2 cbutter, melted
How to Make Mom's Cheesecake
- Grease a 9" spring form pan with butter. In large bowel, beat softened cream cheese with cottage cheese on HIGH SPEED until well mixed. Gradually beat in sugar. At LOW SPEED beat in beaten eggs, cornstarch, flour, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat in melted butter and sour cream.
- Pour into prepared spring form pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Turn OFF oven and leave in oven for 2 hours. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Serve plain or with topping of your choice. Refrigerate.
