This is so good and very light cheese cake.On our birthdays some of us ask for this. We make this for the holidays too

Ingredients

  • 1 package lemon gelatin
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 can cream
  • 3 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted

How To Make moms cheese cake

  • Step 1
    Make gelatin, chill until slighty thicken. Cream together ,cream cheese , 1/2 cup sugar ,vanilla,add gelatin and blead well.Whip your cream until stiff then fold in the cream. mix graham crackers crumbs, 1/2 cup suger mix together then add melted butter or margarine mix together pack in bottom and sides of 9= 13= 2 pan. Add filling and spinkle some crumbs on top. Chill several hours or over night.
