Ingredients
- 1 package lemon gelatin
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can cream
- 3 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine melted
How To Make moms cheese cake

Step 1Make gelatin, chill until slighty thicken. Cream together ,cream cheese , 1/2 cup sugar ,vanilla,add gelatin and blead well.Whip your cream until stiff then fold in the cream. mix graham crackers crumbs, 1/2 cup suger mix together then add melted butter or margarine mix together pack in bottom and sides of 9= 13= 2 pan. Add filling and spinkle some crumbs on top. Chill several hours or over night.
