How to Make MOMS CARROT CAKE
1Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and beat 4 or 5 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9x13 pan. You may also add raisins if you like.
2FROSTING; 1 cup of butter or margarine, 1 - 4 ounce package of cream cheese, 1/2 # of powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 cup of chopped walnuts. Beat until creamy, and frost the cake.
