How to Make Moist Lemon Cake
- Combine all the ingredients with the cake mix. Beat for 6 minutes or until smooth. Bake in a greased bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the pan and cool. Glaze
- Glaze recipe.....1 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar.( I add quite a bit more so that the glaze will be thicker) 1/4 cup lemon juice. * Mix together until smooth..drizzle on the cooled cake.
