My Mother in-law gave me this recipe years ago..we love it. I hope you do too! The only thing I changed was adding more confectioner's sugar so that the glaze was thicker and stayed on the cake.

1/2 c
1/2 c
wesson oil

apricot nectar
whole eggs

How to Make Moist Lemon Cake


  • 1Combine all the ingredients with the cake mix. Beat for 6 minutes or until smooth. Bake in a greased bundt pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • 2Remove the cake from the pan and cool. Glaze
  • 3Glaze recipe.....1 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar.( I add quite a bit more so that the glaze will be thicker) 1/4 cup lemon juice. * Mix together until smooth..drizzle on the cooled cake.
