Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 2 1/2 cups sifted white all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
How To Make moist & delicious carrot cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan.

Step 2Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake for one hour.

Step 3FROSTING: 1 package cream cheese 3 cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup butter or margarine Mix together until smooth consistency and frost cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
