Another Amish cake recipes; as the title suggests, it is a very moist cake...and VERY chocolatey, too! Just wish I had a picture of it.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour, sifted
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
How To Make moist chocolate cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and powder and salt.

Step 3Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients; add oil, coffee, milk and eggs; beat just enough to mix well (batter will be lumpy).

Step 4Pour into a greased 9- X 13-inch baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.

Step 5Frost while still slightly warm with pre-packaged frosting or with your favorite frosting recipe.
