How to Make Moist Chocolate Cake
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and powder and salt.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients; add oil, coffee, milk and eggs; beat just enough to mix well (batter will be lumpy).
- Pour into a greased 9- X 13-inch baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
- Frost while still slightly warm with pre-packaged frosting or with your favorite frosting recipe.
