Another Amish cake recipes; as the title suggests, it is a very moist cake...and VERY chocolatey, too! Just wish I had a picture of it.

Ingredients

2 c
all-purpose flour, sifted
2 c
sugar
3/4 c
baking cocoa
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1 pinch
salt
1/2 c
vegetable oil
1 c
hot coffee
1 c
milk
2
eggs

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 F.
2In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and powder and salt.
3Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients; add oil, coffee, milk and eggs; beat just enough to mix well (batter will be lumpy).
4Pour into a greased 9- X 13-inch baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
5Frost while still slightly warm with pre-packaged frosting or with your favorite frosting recipe.
