Ingredients

  • 4 - large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup scalded milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 packages bars{germans sweet chocolate[or merkin's chocolate wafers}
  • 12 ounces creamy style peanut butter

How To Make mock tandy cakes {tastycakes,knock-off}

  • Step 1
    BEAT TOGETHER:eggs,sugar,and vanilla extract
  • Step 2
    ADD: the flour,baking powder{SIFTED},MIX WELL.
  • Step 3
    ADD: scalded milk WITH the butter BATTER WILL BE THIN
  • Step 4
    BAKE:in a greased and floured 10 X 17 pan at 375 degrees When cake comes out of the oven:SPREAD WITH THE PEANUT BUTTER;refrigerate to SET.
  • Step 5
    melt the two bars of the chocolate ;SPREAD OVER THE PEANUT BUTTER layer. Refrigerate again to set the chocolate layer.
  • Step 6
    Cut into desired serving size pieces.
  • Step 7
