Ingredients
- 2 cups cake flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee, decaffinated
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
How To Make mocha almond cake...

Step 1Heat oven to 350F. In a large bowl sift the first 6 ingredients.

Step 2Then add in the next 4 ingredients & mix well until smooth.

Step 3In a separate bowl beat the eggs until thick & foamy. Then gradually add in the sugar & continue to beat well.

Step 4Then fold into the batter & make sure not to over fold.

Step 5Then pour batter into 2 waxed paper lined 8-inch sqaure pans or one 13 x 9 inch oblong pan.

Step 6Bake for about 35 to 40 mins.
