We call it "Mistake Cake" 'cause 3 mistakes were made to another recipe and that's how I got this nummy cake! I wish I had a photo right now, but it was so good that we ate it all and taking a picture didn't enter my mind.

Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix w/ pudding in the mix
- 1 package (3.9 oz) chocolate instant pudding
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup (or less) canola oil
- 1 cup (or less) water
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- - additional chocolate chips
How To Make mistake cake

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 325˚F and spray fluted or bunt pan.

Step 2Mix first seven ingredients (all but the chocolate chips)with electric hand mixer on low for about 3 to 5 seconds, then on medium for 2 minutes.

Step 3Stir in the 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Pour into pan, then sprinkle a small hand full of chocolate chips on top of batter.

Step 4Cook on middle rack in oven, for 1 hour then check by inserting tooth pick. If tooth pick does not come out clean, cook for another 10 mins, or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool completely before eating. Cake will fall.
