mississippi mud cake/brownies
We have always called this a cake but to me it is more "brownie" like. No matter what you call them, they are sinful! I like them best warm and gooey! Easy to make and great to eat!

Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ICING
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 tablespoons coca-cola soft drink
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 16 ounces powdered sugar (2 cups)
- 10 ounces mini-marshmallows
How To Make mississippi mud cake/brownies

Step 1Cream margarine, eggs and sugar, beat till well blended.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients for cake and beat till smooth.

Step 3Spread into a 9X13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Step 4Take out of oven and top with marshmallows. Set aside while making Icing.

Step 5ICING - Over medium heat, bring margarine, cocoa and coca-cola in sauce pan and bring to a boil.

Step 6Remove sauce pan from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Pour over the top of marshmallows.
