This is a recipe of my mom's that is always a hit. It's somewhat of an addicting treat as well. so be careful ;)

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 4 - large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 - (10.5 oz) bag mini marshmallows
How To Make mississippi mud cake

Step 1Whisk melted butter and next 5 ingredients. Stir in flour and pecans. Pour batter into 15x10x1 pan, greased. Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes. Remove and top warm cake with marshmallows. Return to oven and bake 5 mins longer. Drizzle frosting over warm cake. Cool.

Step 2CHOCOLATE FROSTING: 16 oz pkg powdered sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup butter, soft 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa Beat all together till smooth.
