- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 4 ounces coconut
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ICING INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 cup vanilla
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
How To Make mississippi mud cake

Step 1Cream butter and sugar together.

Step 2In a separate bowl, sift together flour and cocoa.

Step 3Add to the creamed mixture.

Step 4Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Step 5Stir in nuts and coconut.

Step 6Pour into a 9x13 pan.

Step 7Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Step 8Immediately cover hot cake with marshmallow cream and cool before icing.
