Ingredients

1 c
crisco oil ( vegetable oil)
1 3/4 c
sugar
1/3 c
cocoa
1 1/2 c
flour
1 small
can angel - flake coconut
4
eggs, beaten
3 tsp
vanilla
1 1/2 c
pecans, chopped
Pinch
of salt
1 jar(s)
marshmallow creme (not the largest size jar, it's a bit much)

ICING

1 1/2 stick
butter, melted
1/2 c
cocoa
1 lb
box confectioners sugar
1/2 c
pecans, chopped (or less)
2 tsp
vanilla
Pinch
of salt
1 -3 Tbsp
half and half (if needed to make icing spreadable)

Step-By-Step

1Set marshmallow creme aside. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour into greased and floured 10 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
2Remove from oven and spread with 1 jar Marshmallow Creme. Allow to cool. Spread with the following icing.
3Combine icing ingredients and spread on cooled cake. Cut into squares. ( The serving size I cut is usually smaller than I normally would serve because this is VERY rich, you can decide, Lol)
Hope everyone enjoys. :)
