Ingredients
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 6 - eggs
- 3/4 cup peanut butter, creamy
- FOR THE FROSTING
- 2 cups peanut butter, crunchy
- 2 packages confectioners' sugar 16oz
- 2 teaspoons mint extract
- 1/4 cup milk
How To Make mint peanut butter cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 8 inch square pan.

Step 2In a large bowl mix together the flour and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour milk, oil, peanut butter and mint extract. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.

Step 3Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.

Step 4To make the frosting in a large bowl combine peanut butter and confectioners sugar. Beat in mint extract then mix to desired consistency. Spread over cake.
