Ingredients

self rising flour
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 1/2 c
dark brown sugar
2 c
milk
1 1/4 c
vegetable oil
6
eggs
3/4 c
peanut butter, creamy

FOR THE FROSTING

2 c
peanut butter, crunchy
2 pkg
confectioners' sugar 16oz
2 tsp
mint extract
1/4 c
milk

How to Make mint peanut butter cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 8 inch square pan.
  • 2In a large bowl mix together the flour and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour milk, oil, peanut butter and mint extract. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.
  • 3Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
  • 4To make the frosting in a large bowl combine peanut butter and confectioners sugar. Beat in mint extract then mix to desired consistency. Spread over cake.
