mint margarine chocolate cake
I created a new chocolate cake recipe with a mint margarine on the cake and frosting. It's a chocolate mayonnaise cake style.

Ingredients
- MINT MARGARINE
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3 tablespoons cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons mint extract
- CHOCOLATE CAKE
- 15 Hershey's kisses, unwrapped and chopped
- 1 box devil's food cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 packet instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup chocolate milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons Torani chocolate mint syrup
- 3/4 cup hot fudge sauce
- 6 Starlight mint candies, crushed
How To Make mint margarine chocolate cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2To make mint margarine, add margarine, cane sugar, and mint extract to a medium bowl. Whisk well for 3 minutes until blended. Set aside.

Step 3Coat the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Add chopped Hershey's kisses.

Step 4In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and pudding mix. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes until well blended.

Step 5Add 4 tablespoons of mint margarine. Beat again at low speed for 1 minute.

Step 6Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Add mint chocolate chips. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely for 10 minutes.

Step 7In another medium bowl, combine heavy cream, chocolate milk, cream cheese, chocolate mint syrup, hot fudge sauce, and remaining mint margarine; whisk together for 5 minutes until blended.

Step 8Spread the frosting evenly onto the cooled cake. Sprinkle with crushed Starlight mint candies.
