Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate wafers, crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- FILLING INGREDIENTS
- 27 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup creme de menthe mint, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1BASE: Combine crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Step 2Bake at 350, 10 minutes.

Step 3BODY: Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

Step 4Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition; blend in chocolate, mint wafers, sour cream and vanilla, then pour over crust.

Step 5Bake at 350, 50 minutes.

Step 6Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

Step 7Chill and garnish with additional mint wafers, if desired.
