These are so good, everyone loves these tiny mini little bites of delightfulness. This recipe makes a lot of these mini-bites, and takes no time to prepare, and folks will think you went to a lot of trouble. all the while you can smile and take all the credit.

Ingredients

  • 2
    (8oz) pkg cream chease
  • 1/2 C
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 C
    graham cracker crumbs
  • TOPPING:

  • 1 can(s)
    cherry pie filling

How to Make "Miniature Cheesecake Bites"

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven @ 350
    Beat 1st 3 ingredients until smooth.
  2. Line Mini Muffin tins with paper liners.
    Spoon 1 TBS graham cracker crumbs into each muffin cup.
  3. Top each cup 3/4 full.
    BAKE: @ 350 for 15 min.
    Cool completely.
  4. Top each with one tsp cherry from the can of Pie filling.
    Makes 48 mini cheesecakes.
