I found this at Kraft foods .com was looking for a cupcake to make for my daughter for her 10 birthday it was fun to make and her and her classmates love it

Ingredients

1 package 2 layer size chocolate cake mix
1 package 8 oz philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 - egg
2 tablespoons sugar
48 - mini oreo bite size cookies
1 1/2 - cups of thawed cool whipped topping
OR IF YOU LIKE YOU CAN USED VANILLA FROASTING INSTEAD OF COOL WHIPPED
1 can vanilla froasting

How To Make mini oreo surprise cupcakes

Step 1

heat oven to 350*

Step 2

prepared cake batter as directed on package, Mix cream cheese, egg and sugar until well blended
Step 3

spoon half the cake batter into 24 paper lined muffin cups. top each one wit about 1 1/2 tsp . cream cheese mixture and 1 cookie; cover with the remaining cake batter
Step 4

Bake 19 to 22 min, or until toothpick inserted in center come out clean, cool 5 min; remove from pans to wire racks, cool completely.
Step 5

frost with cool whipped or frosting , then add another mini cookie on top or the side
