Mini Crumble pumpkin spice muffins

15 ozpumpkin, canned or cooked

1 boxspice cake mix (not prepared)

3 Tbspsour cream
-
1 tsppumpkin pie spice
-
2 pkginstant maple brown sugar oatmeal
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
2 Tbspcold cubed butter
How to Make Mini Crumble pumpkin spice muffins
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line mini muffin pan with liners.
- With a fork mash instant oatmeal cinnamon and cold butter together making little crumbles. Seat aside.
- On low speed mix pumpkin sour cream ,cake mix and pumpkin pie spice together until smooth.
- Spoon muffin batter into liners filling half full. Take crumble gently pat down on top of batter. Bake for 15 minutes:)
