- 3 packages 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 1/8 cups sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- - red cherries
- 1 box vanilla wafers
How To Make mini cheesecakes

Step 1Combine first 4 ingredients. Beating well until smooth.

Step 2In a separate bowl combine next 3 ingredients and set aside.

Step 3Put liners in cupcake tin. Add wafer to each tin. Fill with 24 tins 3/4 way full.

Step 4Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

Step 5Add 1 tsp. topping to each cake from the mixture that was set aside.

Step 6Bake 5 more minutes and then top each with a single cherry.
