- 1 box vanilla wafers
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs

How To Make mini cheesecake tarts

Step 1Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs together until smooth.

Step 2Press 1 vanilla wafer into each paper cup.

Step 3Spoon cheese mixture over wafer.

Step 4Bake for 10 minutes at 350.

Step 5Cool, place pie filling on top. Refrigerate.
