Ingredients

  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • - foil cup cake cups

How To Make mini cheesecake tarts

  • Step 1
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs together until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Press 1 vanilla wafer into each paper cup.
  • Step 3
    Spoon cheese mixture over wafer.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350.
  • Step 5
    Cool, place pie filling on top. Refrigerate.
  • Step 6
    You can change the pie filling flavors to your liking.
