Mini Apple Apple Crostatas

1 boxrefrigerated pie crust,softened as directed on the box
1 largebaking apple, peeled, cored & thinly sliced
1/4 tspcinnamon, ground
8 tspcaramel ice cream topping
How to Make Mini Apple Apple Crostatas
- First pre-heat the oven to 425F. Then unroll the crust on a floured work surface. Cut into four 5 inch rounds. Then place rounds on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Next in a medium bowl mix the sugar & cinnamon,toss in the apple slices & mix to coat. Then divide apple slices evenly onto each center of pie rounds. Then fold 1/2 inch of the crust over the filing & pinch slightly t so that the crust lays flat on the apples.
- Then bake for about 18 to 20 mins or until the crust is golden brown & apple slices are t fork tender. Then drizzle 2 Tsp. of the caramel topping over each corstata. Best serve warm with your favorite ice cream.
