How To Make milky way cake
-
Step 1Melt bars and butter, set aside. Beat eggs & sugar--add flour & soda alternately with buttermilk. Add melted bars & butter to flour mixture and combine thoroughly. Pour into greased angel food cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack about 10 minutes before removing from pan. You may have to run a knife around edges of the pan to release cake onto a rack.

Step 2FROSTING: 2 1/2 cups sugar; 1 cup evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed); 1/4 pound butter (half stick); 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff; 1 small package chocolate chips Cook sugar and milk until it forms a soft ball in cold water (soft ball stage on candy thermometer). Remove from heat; add butter, fluff & chocolate chips. Beat until hard enough to spread.
