7oz milk chocolate candy bar..broken into pieces
1/2 c
chocolate syrup
1 c
butter..room temperature
1 1/2 c
sugar
4 large
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla
2 3/4 c
flour
3/4 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
buttermilk
confectioners sugar..optional

How to Make Milk Chocolate Bundt Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven 350 degrees
    In a heavy saucepan OR in a microwave,melt candy bar with the chocolate syrup;stir until smooth.Set aside to cool (I LIKE THE MICROWAVE)
  • 2In a large mixing bowl,cream butter & sugar.Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate mixture & vanilla.
  • 3Combine flour,B.powder,B.soda,& salt.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk.
  • 4Pour into a greased & floured 10" fluted bundt pan.
    Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven. 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.....Cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes.Remove from pan & cool completely.
    Dust with Confectioners sugar,if desired
