This is a recipe I got a few years back and my Lord it is amazing. My coworker made it and I begged him for the recipe. So yummy!

Ingredients
- 1 box betty crocker yellow cake mix
- 3 ounces pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup canola oil or vegie oil
- 3/4 cup midori
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- GLAZE
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup midori
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut flavoring
How To Make midori cake

Step 1Easy as Pie! Take all the cake ingredients and put them into a mixing bowl. Beat for about 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 50-55 min at 350. Cool for 15 minutes then turn out of pan onto rack to cool.

Step 2For the glaze, Put all together in a medium bowl. Blend then pour slightly warm cake.
