This is a recipe I got a few years back and my Lord it is amazing. My coworker made it and I begged him for the recipe. So yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 box betty crocker yellow cake mix
  • 3 ounces pkg instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup canola oil or vegie oil
  • 3/4 cup midori
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • GLAZE
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup midori
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut flavoring

How To Make midori cake

  • Step 1
    Easy as Pie! Take all the cake ingredients and put them into a mixing bowl. Beat for about 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 50-55 min at 350. Cool for 15 minutes then turn out of pan onto rack to cool.
  • Step 2
    For the glaze, Put all together in a medium bowl. Blend then pour slightly warm cake.
