  • 1 pkg
    chocolate cake mix, any variety
  • 4
    eggs
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    general mills international coffee mix, any flavor
  • 1 pkg
    jell-o chocolate pudding (4 serving size, instant)
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 8 oz
    semi-sweet chocolate squares, chopped

How to Make Midnight Bliss Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease and flour 12 cup bundt pan.
  2. Beat all ingredients together (except chopped chocolate) in a large bowl on low speed until just blended. Beat on medium speed until well blended. Stir in chocolate chunks. Pour into prepared pan
  3. Bake for 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean from center. Cool in pan for 10 minutes on wire rack and then loosen edges with a knife. Flip onto wire rack and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
