1 package chocolate cake mix, any variety
4 - eggs
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup general mills international coffee mix, any flavor
1 package jell-o chocolate pudding (4 serving size, instant)
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate squares, chopped

How To Make midnight bliss cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease and flour 12 cup bundt pan.

Step 2

Beat all ingredients together (except chopped chocolate) in a large bowl on low speed until just blended. Beat on medium speed until well blended. Stir in chocolate chunks. Pour into prepared pan
Step 3

Bake for 50-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean from center. Cool in pan for 10 minutes on wire rack and then loosen edges with a knife. Flip onto wire rack and let cool. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
