2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 - eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups crushed pineapple
TOPPING
1 stick butter melt then add
1 cup sugar
1 can (small) evaporated milk
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make mia's yum yum cake

Step 1

Mix all cake ingredients together and bake in a 9x13 pan for 40 mins at 350*

Step 2

Melt butter then add cup of sugar and sm can of evap. milk, Boil for 2 mins . No longer. Remove from heat . Then add coconut , nuts and vanilla. Pour over cake while hot. Let cool before serving.
