Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or oleo
- 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
How To Make mexican wedding cakes

Step 1Cream butter 1/2c powdered sugar and vanilla. Combine flour, pecans and salt. Stir into butter mixture. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Roll again in powdered sugar. Makes 3 dozen.
