Step 1Mix flour, granulated sugar, vanilla, egg, pineapple and nuts together in a large bowl. Preheat oven to 350^. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350^ for 35-40 minutes. Let cool. Frosting: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and butter well. Spread evenly on cake.
