  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 can 20oz crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup nuts
  • FROSTING:
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1 - 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter

How To Make mexican wedding cake

  • Step 1
    Mix flour, granulated sugar, vanilla, egg, pineapple and nuts together in a large bowl. Preheat oven to 350^. Bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350^ for 35-40 minutes. Let cool. Frosting: Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and butter well. Spread evenly on cake.
