chopped pecans

cream cheese, softened
1 stick
butter, softened

confectioners sugar
1 tsp
vanilla

How to Make Mexican Fruitcake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.Pour into a 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • 2Mix cream cheese, sugar,butter and vanilla and ice while hot. Let cool.
