20 oz ozcrushed pineapple,undrained

1 1/2 cchopped pecans

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 stickbutter, softened

2 cconfectioners sugar

How to Make Mexican Fruitcake
- Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.Pour into a 9x13 greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar,butter and vanilla and ice while hot. Let cool.
