My kids all love this cake because it is so moist.and there is a lot of it

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    unbleached white flour
  • 2 c
    white sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 can(s)
    pineapple, crushed
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts or( nut of choice)
  • FROSTING

  • 1 stick
    butter room temp
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How to Make Mexcan Fruit Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix altogether in large bowl.Pour into Sheet Cake Pan and bake 25-30 min at 350
  2. Mix butter and cream cheese together until fluffy,add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat on med speed for 2min.Frost cake when still warm
