- 2 cups unbleached white flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 - eggs
- 1 can pineapple, crushed
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or( nut of choice)
- FROSTING
- 1 stick butter room temp
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Mix altogether in large bowl.Pour into Sheet Cake Pan and bake 25-30 min at 350

Step 2Mix butter and cream cheese together until fluffy,add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat on med speed for 2min.Frost cake when still warm
