My kids all love this cake because it is so moist.and there is a lot of it

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unbleached white flour
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 can pineapple, crushed
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or( nut of choice)
  • FROSTING
  • 1 stick butter room temp
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make mexcan fruit cake

  • Step 1
    Mix altogether in large bowl.Pour into Sheet Cake Pan and bake 25-30 min at 350
  • Step 2
    Mix butter and cream cheese together until fluffy,add powdered sugar and vanilla and beat on med speed for 2min.Frost cake when still warm
