I found this recipe in a magazine several months ago and found it interesting,I have not made it yet,the recipe says use a premium ice cream, the better the ice cream,the better the cake,so use a full flavor ice cream,not the store brand. Any flavor cake mix and ice cream combination can be made,use your favorite.
1In a bowl combine cake mix, melted ice cream, and eggs. Blend with an electric mixer until thick and smooth.
Bake in a 9x 13 pan for 40 min.
While the cake is cooling, make the frosting.
In a sauce pan, combine milk,and sugar. Bring to a low boil and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir till smooth and pour the glaze over the cooled cake. Make sure to push the icing to drizzle down the sides.Combine pecans and mini chocolate chips,sprinkle on top of cake.
