We got this recipe from my mother in law it was one of her mom's, so good with chocolate cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients

1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make mayo cake

Step 1

Cream together all ingredients except vanilla.

Step 2

Add vanilla & bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
