matcha green tea mochi cupcakes
Do you love green tea? Mix that with mochi into little cupcakes. Yummy!!! Grandma used to mixed green tea into just about everything just to see how it taste. It's lovely in mochi!!! :)

Makes approx. 20 cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 box 16 oz. mochiko - japanese sweet rice flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 - eggs
How To Make matcha green tea mochi cupcakes

Step 1Sift together the dry ingredients.

Step 2Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and fold them into the dry ingredients.

Step 3Prep a cupcake pan with paper liners and fill each cell to nearly the top, at least 3/4 full.

Step 4Bake for approx. 25 minutes at 375 degrees.

Step 5Remove from the oven onto a wire rack to cool completely.
