Ingredients
- 4 - 6 - apples, granny smith
- 1 1/2 cups pecans, in pieces
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 - eggs
- 3 cups flour, sifted, all purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
How To Make mary's apple cake

Step 1Dice apples (4 large or 6 small) and pour sugar over apples. Refrigerate 1 hour, stiring a couple of times.

Step 2Mix oil, vanilla, and eggs.

Step 3Using a seive, mix dry ing. and add to wet ing. Stir in pecans, raisins and apples.

Step 4Puor into a bundt pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes @ 350 degrees.
