Ingredients For mary's apple cake

4 - 6apples, granny smith

1 1/2 cpecans, in pieces

2 csugar

1 ccanola oil

1 tspvanilla extract

1 craisins

2eggs
-
3 cflour, sifted, all purpose

1/2 tspsalt

1 Tbspcinnamon

2 tspbaking soda
How To Make mary's apple cake

1Dice apples (4 large or 6 small) and pour sugar over apples. Refrigerate 1 hour, stiring a couple of times.

2Mix oil, vanilla, and eggs.

3Using a seive, mix dry ing. and add to wet ing. Stir in pecans, raisins and apples.

4Puor into a bundt pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes @ 350 degrees.
