This recipe was another on of my grandmother's. I don't recall ever having this cake, but it sounds DELISH!! I don't know where the name come's from, but I would imagine it's a relative somewhere down the line.

Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package lemon jello ( 4 oz. )
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- GLAZE
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- - juice from 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Step 1In a mixing bowl; mix the first 6 ingredients for 5 minutes; Pour into greased 11 x 13 baking dish and bake on 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. While cake is still warm, puncture it several times with a fork.

Step 2In a saucepan combine; butter, juice of 1 lemon, grated lemon and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth; pour mixture over the warm cake.
