Ingredients
- 1/2 - stick margarine
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 - eggs
How To Make mars eclaire's

Step 1Combine the Margarine and boiling water in saucepan-low heat until butter melts

Step 2Stir together the flour and sauce at once to water to a butter mixture

Step 3Low heat until mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the pan-Remove from heat.

Step 4Add unbeaten eggs 1 @ a time to cooling mixture Preheat Oven @ 425

Step 5Drop dough by tablespoon

Step 6Bake 30 mins

Step 7Cut opening and add desired pudding filling
