Preheat oven to 350.
Mix eggs, oil and pumpkin. Add all dry ingredients to this mixture. Blend well.
Pour into a greased sheetcake pan.
Bake 20/25 minutes.
Cream together, softened cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Use a mixer and add a little milk, just to make smooth. Be careful - don't add much! You don't want soupy!
Spread on a cooled cake. You're gonna love this!
