marge's pumpkin sheetcake
This is one of my favorites...it's easy, quick, moist and gets better with age. Everytime I make it, it's a hit!

Large Sheetcake
Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup libby's pumpkin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ICING
- 1 small cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter, salted, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- - milk, just enough to make smooth
How To Make marge's pumpkin sheetcake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix eggs, oil and pumpkin. Add all dry ingredients to this mixture. Blend well.

Step 2Pour into a greased sheetcake pan. Bake 20/25 minutes. Cool

Step 3Cream together, softened cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Use a mixer and add a little milk, just to make smooth. Be careful - don't add much! You don't want soupy! Spread on a cooled cake. You're gonna love this!
