  • 2 c
  • 2 c
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    libby's pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda

  • 1 small
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 c
    butter, salted, softened
  • 2 c
    powdered sugar
  • ·
    milk, just enough to make smooth

How to Make Marge's Pumpkin Sheetcake


  1. Preheat oven to 350.

    Mix eggs, oil and pumpkin. Add all dry ingredients to this mixture. Blend well.
  2. Pour into a greased sheetcake pan.

    Bake 20/25 minutes.

  3. Cream together, softened cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla and powdered sugar. Use a mixer and add a little milk, just to make smooth. Be careful - don't add much! You don't want soupy!

    Spread on a cooled cake. You're gonna love this!
