Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar, splenda sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup maple syrup or sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup pecans or another nuts

How To Make maple syrup cake

  • Step 1
    Sift together dry ingredients in bowl. Add vegetable oil, mix. Combine sugar or Splenda and milk.Add half to other mixture, beat 2 minutes. Add remaining liquid and 2 eggs, beat 2 minutes. Blend in nuts.
  • Step 2
    Bake in greased 2 round pans or one long pan for 30 minutes at 350F degrees. Frost with Maple Frosting. I have the Maple Frosting on this websit too.
