all purpose flour
3 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
1/2 c
sugar, splenda sugar
1/2 c
vegetable oil
1 c
maple syrup or sugar-free maple syrup
1/2 c
1/2 c
pecans or another nuts

How to Make Maple Syrup Cake


  • 1Sift together dry ingredients in bowl. Add vegetable oil, mix. Combine sugar or Splenda and milk.Add half to other mixture, beat 2 minutes. Add remaining liquid and 2 eggs, beat 2 minutes. Blend in nuts.
  • 2Bake in greased 2 round pans or one long pan for 30 minutes at 350F degrees. Frost with Maple Frosting. I have the Maple Frosting on this websit too.
