Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar, splenda sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup maple syrup or sugar-free maple syrup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup pecans or another nuts
How To Make maple syrup cake

Step 1Sift together dry ingredients in bowl. Add vegetable oil, mix. Combine sugar or Splenda and milk.Add half to other mixture, beat 2 minutes. Add remaining liquid and 2 eggs, beat 2 minutes. Blend in nuts.

Step 2Bake in greased 2 round pans or one long pan for 30 minutes at 350F degrees. Frost with Maple Frosting. I have the Maple Frosting on this websit too.
