This is delicious and you can change the nuts if you like and add dried cranberries.

1 1/2 c
ww flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
2 large
1/2 c
maple syrup
1/4 c
vegetable oil...i use sunflower
1 c
pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp
loose leaf black tea finely ground.
1/2 c
walnuts, chopped
1/2 c
dried cherries

How to Make Maple Pumpkin Tea Loaf


  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
    In a large bowl, stir together flour, b soda, spices and salt.
    In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs and mix in maple syrup, oil, pumpkin and black tea.
    add wet ingredients to dry and mix until all the flour is moist. Fold in walnuts and cherries.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.
    Bake for about 50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Let cool in pan before turning out on a cake rack.
