maple pumpkin tea loaf
I am still going through my favs and here you are...one more. This is delicious and you can change the nuts if you like and add dried cranberries.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ww flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil...i use sunflower
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon loose leaf black tea finely ground.
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
How To Make maple pumpkin tea loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir together flour, b soda, spices and salt. In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs and mix in maple syrup, oil, pumpkin and black tea. add wet ingredients to dry and mix until all the flour is moist. Fold in walnuts and cherries. Pour into a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake for about 50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan before turning out on a cake rack.
