Ingredients For maple & apple crunch bars

  • 1 pkg
    refrigerated dough sheet
  • 2 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    maple extract
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 can
    20 oz apple pie filling
  • 1 1/2 c
    crushed oats & honey granola bars
  • 1/2 c
    real maple syrup

How To Make maple & apple crunch bars

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom and sides of 13x 9 inch pan with cooking spray. unroll dough and press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of pan.

    In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, maple extract, and egg with an electric mixer.

    Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over dough. Spoon apple pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Sprinke with crushed granola bars.

    Bake 30-35 minutes until crust is deep golden brown and filling is set. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours. For bars cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Drizzle each one with maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate any remaining bars up to 3 days.
