Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped (your choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups mangoes, finely chopped
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup raisins (opt.)
How To Make mango bread

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

Step 2Sift dry ingredients together into a large mixing bowl. Make a well and place all other ingredients into the well, blend all ingredient together but do not over mix.

Step 3Pour into greased loaf pan let stand for 15 minutes, then bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Do a toothpick test, if it comes out clean, it's done.

Step 4Remove from heat onto a wire rack, let cool.
