This is my daughter's favorite cake, I make it for her when she comes home for the Holidays to visit. I started out making it for Easter, now she wants it for every holiday!

Ingredients

1 box
yellow cake mix
4
egg
1/2 c
vegetable oil
11 oz. can(s)
mandarin oranges with juice
1 pkg
vanilla pudding
20 oz. can(s)
pineapple, crushed with juice
9 oz. pkg
cool whip
extra mandarin oranges and gummy worms

How to Make Mandarin Orange Pineapple Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350ยบ
    Mix first 4 ingredients, grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan, bake for 30 minutes, let cake cool.
  • 2Mix the crushed pineapple with the vanilla pudding, fold in the cool whip, spread over the cooled cake. Arrange the mandarin oranges to look like a mandarin orange and add green gummy worms to look like stems. Put in refrigerator and chill until topping sets. You can make this cake a day in advance and put it in the freezer, then take it out and let it thaw and serve COLD...Mmmm...good!
