This is my daughter's favorite cake, I make it for her when she comes home for the Holidays to visit. I started out making it for Easter, now she wants it for every holiday!

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 - egg
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 11 oz. cans mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1 package vanilla pudding
  • 20 oz. cans pineapple, crushed with juice
  • 9 oz. packages cool whip
  • - extra mandarin oranges and gummy worms

How To Make mandarin orange pineapple cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350º Mix first 4 ingredients, grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan, bake for 30 minutes, let cake cool.
  • Step 2
    Mix the crushed pineapple with the vanilla pudding, fold in the cool whip, spread over the cooled cake. Arrange the mandarin oranges to look like a mandarin orange and add green gummy worms to look like stems. Put in refrigerator and chill until topping sets. You can make this cake a day in advance and put it in the freezer, then take it out and let it thaw and serve COLD...Mmmm...good!
