Mandarin Orange Cake & creamy topping
I've also included the creamy topping for the cake as well.
1 boxbetty crocker vanilla cake mix
1 can(s)15 oz mandarin oranges
1 pkg8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 pkgsmall cool whip (room temperature)
1 pkg7 oz marshmellow cream
How to Make Mandarin Orange Cake & creamy topping
- Combine cake mix, eggs and juice off of the mandarin oranges and mix for 2 minutes.
- Then add oranges and mix until well blended. Pour into cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Mix together all of the creamy topping. Once the cake as cooled you can frost the top of the cake OR you can serve this on top of each individual slice of cake.
