Ingredients
- FOR CAKE BATTER:
- 1 package butter cake mix
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 can mandarin oranges, with juice
- 4 large eggs
- FOR FROSTING:
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding
- 1 can crushed pineapple, with juice (large can)
- 1 package cool whip (9oz carton)
How To Make mandarin orange cake

Step 1Beat all cake ingredients well by hand. Bake at 350F in either one sheet pan, or 3 layer pans that have been greased and floured. Follow cooking time on cake mix package. Allow cake to cool completely, then turn out onto serving plate.

Step 2Dissolve pudding mix powder into crushed pineapple and juice. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Frost cooled cake. Chill before serving. Cake must be kept in fridge.
