Ingredients

  • 15 ounces mandarin oranges undrained
  • 20 ounces pineapple
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 package cool whip
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 ounce vanilla instant pudding

How To Make mandarin orange cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350
  • Step 2
    Grease 9x13 pan
  • Step 3
    Beat cake mix, oil and eggs for 2 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add mandarin oranges with juice to cake mixture and beat until well combined
  • Step 5
    Pour batter into prepared dish
  • Step 6
    Bake 35-40 minutes
  • Step 7
    Let cake cool completely
  • Step 8
    While cake is baking, mix the drained pineapple with the dry instant vanilla pudding
  • Step 9
    Once combined well, fold in the cool whip
  • Step 10
    Refrigerate topping until it's time to put on the cake.
  • Step 11
    Once cake is cooled, top with topping
