Ingredients
- 1 box yellow butter cake mix
- 11 ounces canned mandarin oranges with liquid
- 3 - eggs
- 1 can vegetable oil
- FROSTING
- 9 ounces cool whip, thawed
- 8 ounces can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup cocoanut
- 1 box box of instant vanilla pudding (4 serv. size)
How To Make mandarin orange cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13" pan. Mix together by hand the cake mix, eggs and oil. Then add in mandarin oranges with liquid.

Step 2Pour into prepared pan and bake 50 minutes or until tests done Cool on rack

Step 3Prepare frosting: Fold together Cool Whip and pudding mix, then cocoanut and pineapple. Frost cake and decorate with cherries or cocoanut. Refrigerate-serve cold
