  • 1 box
    yellow butter cake mix
  • 11 oz
    canned mandarin oranges with liquid
  • 3
  • 1 can(s)
    vegetable oil

  • 9 oz
    cool whip, thawed
  • 8 oz
    can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 box
    box of instant vanilla pudding (4 serv. size)

How to Make Mandarin Orange Cake


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13" pan. Mix together by hand the cake mix, eggs and oil. Then add in mandarin oranges with liquid.
  2. Pour into prepared pan and bake 50 minutes or until tests done
    Cool on rack
  3. Prepare frosting: Fold together Cool Whip and pudding mix, then cocoanut and pineapple. Frost cake and decorate with cherries or cocoanut. Refrigerate-serve cold
