Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow butter cake mix
  • 11 ounces canned mandarin oranges with liquid
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 can vegetable oil
  • FROSTING
  • 9 ounces cool whip, thawed
  • 8 ounces can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 cup cocoanut
  • 1 box box of instant vanilla pudding (4 serv. size)

How To Make mandarin orange cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13" pan. Mix together by hand the cake mix, eggs and oil. Then add in mandarin oranges with liquid.
  • Step 2
    Pour into prepared pan and bake 50 minutes or until tests done Cool on rack
  • Step 3
    Prepare frosting: Fold together Cool Whip and pudding mix, then cocoanut and pineapple. Frost cake and decorate with cherries or cocoanut. Refrigerate-serve cold
