mandarin orange cake
This is a very moist, refreshing cake. I don't like to make layer cakes, so I baked mine in a 9 x 13 pan. My family really likes it.

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz. with liquid)
- ICING
- 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in it's own juice
- 1 package (3.5 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 package (13 oz.) frozen whipped topping
How To Make mandarin orange cake

Step 1Place all ingredients in a bowl. Beat together 3-4 minutes. Do not add any other ingredients. Pour into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes

Step 2Make icing by combining pineapple and pudding. Fold in defrosted whipped topping.

Step 3Frost one layer at a time, then frost top and all sides. Refrigerate.
